educationThe Mudeye Puppet Company offers reused puppet-making classes for all ages and developmental levels, although preschool classes are usually one class instead of residencies. Classes are tailored for the needs of the students and differ in length. A transportation fee will be added to partners outside of the Portland metropolitan area. Mudeye offers reasonable rates for workshops and performances. Contact bruce@mudeyepuppets.org to discuss costs.Longer workshops can be created for making more puppets and a longer performance. Shorter and one-shot classes are also available for less cost. Mudeye will work within your budget to design challenging and provocative puppetry classes. Feel free to contact Bruce with any questions you may have! It is preferable that you have access to a large sink or janitor's closet. Although our classes use all non-toxic materials, paper maché gets messy and so does paint! It is also good to have a space to store large wet things after class. performancesBelow is a list of our current offerings. Please check the news section of the website for shows and workshops being offered to the general public or contact Bruce about booking.
